1. No Refund Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable.
Due to the time, creative labor, preparation, and reserved scheduling associated with our services, payments made are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Deposits are governed by the Cancellation & Transfer Policy below.

2. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Services may be rescheduled or transferred to a new date if written notice is provided at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled service date. Transfers are subject to availability.

Non-Refundable Window:
Deposits become fully non-refundable if cancellation occurs within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled service date.

Between 4–6 Days Prior:
Cancellations made between four (4) and six (6) calendar days before the scheduled service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but the remaining balance (if paid) will be credited toward a future service within ninety (90) days.

All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Failure to provide required notice may result in additional fees up to fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount.

Aestentic reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergency, illness, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals, invoices, or contracts.

Aestentic reserves the right to:
Require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking
Withhold delivery of final deliverables until full payment is received
Charge late fees if invoices are not paid by the due date

All payment obligations remain binding once services have begun.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Secure any necessary venue permissions or permits
Ensure safe working conditions during services
Provide access to locations at scheduled times

Aestentic is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or restricted access.

5. Revisions

Revision limits are defined within each service agreement.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Photo & Media Release

By participating in Aestentic services, you grant Aestentic permission to use photographs and video footage captured during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes, including website, social media, portfolio, and advertising.

If you do not consent to media usage, written notice must be submitted prior to the service date.

7. Privacy Policy

Aestentic collects personal information such as name, email, phone number, billing information, and project details solely for the purpose of delivering services.

Information is:
Not sold to third parties
Stored securely
Used only for service delivery, communication, invoicing, and legal compliance
