Cancellation Policy

AESTENTIC POLICIES Effective February 23, 2026 Virginia, United States CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY Transfer Window Services may be rescheduled if written notice is provided at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled service date. Transfers are subject to availability. Non-Refundable Window Deposits become fully non-refundable within three (3) calendar days of the scheduled service date. 4–6 Days Prior Cancellations made 4–6 days prior to the service date result in forfeiture of the deposit. Any remaining balance (if already paid) may be credited toward a future service within ninety (90) days. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional fees up to fifty percent (50%) of the total service amount. Aestentic reserves the right to reschedule due to emergency, illness, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. NO REFUND POLICY All services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are governed by the Cancellation & Transfer Policy. PAYMENT POLICY A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure booking. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received. Late invoices may incur additional fees. Payment obligations remain binding once services begin. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE POLICY By participating in Aestentic services, you grant permission for photographs and videos to be used for marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, written notice must be submitted prior to the service date. REVISION POLICY Revision limits are defined in individual agreements. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. PRIVACY POLICY Personal information is collected solely for service delivery and legal compliance. Information is not sold and is stored securely for communication, invoicing, and project execution purposes. COOKIE POLICY The Aestentic website may use cookies and analytics tools.
