Cancellation Policy

# Creative Direction Policy Creative Direction services are provided as a standalone service and may be booked independently of photography, videography, or content creation services. Creative Direction includes on-set guidance, visual oversight, posing assistance, shot execution support, aesthetic alignment, and overall creative management throughout the session. Please note: • Creative Direction does not include photography, videography, editing, retouching, or content delivery unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. • When booked alongside third-party photographers, videographers, or production teams, Aestentic serves solely as the Creative Director and is not responsible for the quality, performance, delivery timelines, equipment, editing, or final work product of other vendors. • Creative Direction recommendations are provided to support the creative vision and desired outcome; however, final results may vary based on the execution of the production team, location conditions, participant cooperation, and other factors outside of Aestentic's control. • Clients are responsible for securing all necessary vendors, locations, permits, talent, wardrobe, and production resources unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • Creative Direction time begins at the scheduled start time and concludes at the agreed-upon end time. Additional time requested on-site may be subject to additional fees based on availability. • Any significant changes to the approved concept, creative vision, or shoot scope may require additional planning time and may incur additional fees. By booking Creative Direction services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
