Cancellation Policy

Overview The Ignite Session is a paid creative clarity session designed to help transform early-stage ideas into a defined creative direction. This session is intended for clients who have initial thoughts, inspiration, or concepts but need clarity before moving into structured strategy or execution. Scope of Session During this session, we may cover: Refinement of raw ideas into clear creative direction Identification of strongest concept or angle High-level content, branding, or campaign direction Audience alignment and positioning insights Creative direction recommendations Guidance on next-step service selection within Aestentic Session Outcome Clients will leave with: A defined creative direction for their idea Clarity on what their concept is becoming Recommended pathway for execution or strategy development Payment & Booking Policy Full payment of $200 is required to confirm booking Sessions are scheduled only after payment is received One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable No-shows may be subject to a $50 no-show fee and may be required to prepay future sessions Limitations This session is not a full strategy build or execution plan No content creation, filming, or editing is included No finalized campaign systems or content calendars are delivered in this session Purpose The Ignite Session exists to establish clarity and direction at the earliest stage of creation, ensuring ideas are intentional before entering deeper strategy, planning, or production phases within Aestentic.
