On-Site Content Creation is a mobile, real-time content service designed to capture candid, behind-the-scenes, and social-ready visuals during shoots, events, activations, and creative productions. This service focuses on storytelling moments, atmosphere, interactions, and brand presence as they naturally unfold. Pricing (Flat Rate) $95/hour Deliverables scale based on total coverage time. Type Standard Coverage 2–3 hours | $190–$285 Mixed mobile + professional BTS capture Candid + highlight moments 2–3 edited reels On-site direction and content selection Extended Coverage 3–5 hours | $285–$475 Mixed mobile + camera BTS coverage Multi-angle storytelling coverage 3–5 edited reels Structured narrative flow (key moments, transitions, atmosphere) Full Experience Coverage 5–8 hours | $475–$760 Full on-site coverage (mobile + professional setup as needed) High-volume BTS + storytelling capture 6–10 edited reels Full event/story structure (arrival → key moments → highlights → wrap-up)
Cancellation Policy
# On-Site Content Creation Policy On-Site Content Creation services are designed to capture behind-the-scenes moments, candid interactions, and content during events, photoshoots, productions, activations, and other live experiences. Please note: • Aestentic is responsible only for the content captured and delivered under this service and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or delivery of any third-party photographers, videographers, or production teams present. • Due to the live nature of events and productions, specific moments, individuals, or shots cannot be guaranteed unless previously discussed and approved. • Content selection and editing style remain at Aestentic's creative discretion unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the event. • Turnaround times begin once the event or session has concluded and all required footage has been reviewed. • Clients are responsible for ensuring Aestentic has reasonable access to areas, individuals, and activities intended for content capture. • Any additional coverage time requested beyond the agreed service period may be subject to additional fees based on availability. • Raw footage, project files, and unused content are not included unless specifically outlined in the service agreement. By booking On-Site Content Creation services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
