Cancellation Policy

Scope of Session During this session, the following may be covered: Review of current content and brand direction Clarification of content goals and messaging Identification of content pillars and themes Strategy development for content execution Campaign or launch concept direction Workflow and content structure recommendations Post-Session Deliverable Option After the session, clients may choose to purchase a Content Execution Board, a separate deliverable customized based on: Content volume needs Number of content pillars Campaign or launch complexity Strategic depth required Pricing is determined after the session based on scope. Payment & Booking Policy Full payment of $250 is required to confirm booking Sessions are scheduled only after payment is received One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable No-Show Policy A $50 no-show fee will be applied if the client misses their scheduled session without notice No-shows may be required to pay the fee before booking future sessions Repeated no-shows may result in declined future bookings Important Notes This session is strictly strategy-focused and does not include content creation or production The Content Execution Board is an optional add-on and not included in the session fee This service is intended to provide clarity, structure, and direction prior to execution Purpose This session exists to bridge content ideas with intentional execution by building a clear strategic foundation before production begins.
